Hi,
my Name is Rainer and i´m new.
I am from Austria / Europe an have just bought a 2000 RT10
in steel-grey with cognac leather.
The viper will be ship to me next week.
The car has only one makel.
It has no anti-lock brakes.
I`ve heared, that it is possible to install the ABS
in a 2000 model.
If that is true, do anybody know, where i can get those parts
and what about the costs.

THANK YOu FOR YOUR HELP !

It is not worth the cost, I have also heard that the reliability of the aftermarket/add-on ABS can be suspect. You would be better off getting an '01 or '02 car that already have ABS from the factory.

Do a search. There is a modification to the rear brake caliper using a 40mm piston that balances front to rear braking and shortens stopping distances.A cheap and worthwhile mod. GTS Bruce

WELCOME RAINER. The cost is about $5000 for used parts, and a MAJOR labor project. NOT EASY. New, aftermarket system is available for about $9500. NOT EASY.

I would upgrade the brakes you have and forget about ABS for the cost-value
