Not sure, though I think I remember the VPA had the plate listed at one time. I'm guessing you have an '01-'02 with the dynamic shocks. The Koni's 99-early 00 did not come with the spanner wrench. I recall reading that the spanner on the later cars was placed in the pocket on the back of the seat. Their used to be an owner here who worked for Dynamic and hooked up a brother with one of those spanners, but I haven't seen him post in years.
