AGPtek OBD-II Scanner Result - TPS Range

So I try out my new $15 Bluetooth-enabled scanner http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008U1MOM8/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and checked the range of my throttle position sensor (TPS). It read out from 15% to 75% (floored pedal). Are these typical values for TPS range?

BTW--This is a great gizmo to add to any OBD-II equipped vehicle. I use the 'Torque' app on my Android phone as the interface. I plan to leave it installed depending on how much of a power drain it is.

Yea, I believe mine is more like 17.6 at idle. I also have a blower and bigger throttle bodies though.
