The Air Bag light is on in my '97 GTS, has been since I got it. I've got the bigger things taken care of, and this is next on my list of things to do. The car was hit in the front, but not very hard. The right headlight was replaced, and corner of the hood cracked, but there was no structural damage underneath, and the fascia is only minorly scuffed(looks like he slid the nose under something). Is there a way I can pull the air bag system codes without a scanner? If not, is there a way I can reset the codes to see if the light comes back on? Where is the front airbag sensor on these cars(I think it might just be unplugged)? Thanks for the help.
