are all reds the same?

I have noticed various gts vipers for sale (all different years of manufacture) and some look different colour reds than others .Are they all the same or were different shades offered from new, thanks, dave.

I believe the pn # is the same but it wouldn't surprise me if there were slight tint differences due to paint manufacture upgrades or age.

Wow that seems hard to beleive. I have friends that have FE and also 93/94 red RT's and when parked together they definitely appear to be different.

93/94 look same but FE red seems deeper. Just an observation.

I have a 95 and an 03 side by side in the garage. Same color. However the different panel angles cause some differences to the eye.

To me, 92-95's have a bit of an orange/red tint to them.
That's why I repainted mine candy apple red.

Also, I thought it was my imagination, but my father confirmed it...why do Vipers turn ORANGE when you wash them?

if your older baby doesnt look the same as the newer ones, it is time for the Zaino boys. i noticed an orange tint to mine when i was it until the polish is applied. weird huh.

Some are natural like my wife and some are not.However she does get help from a colourist these days. Bruce
