Very Sorry to hear about the Terrible flood at the campsite. So unexpected, how do you anticipate something like that happening. Tornado's,Hurricanes,Floods,Oil Spills,it's a Tough year & only Half over.Our prayers to everyone affected. Lets hope the rest of the year is Better.

Crazy things happening in the south & southeast.

Prayers to all who being impacted with the floods, oil spills and economic devastation currently happening in the south.

As beautiful as it is here in the Pacific Northwest it seems that the Okanagan Valley (Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, Oliver and Okanagan Falls) had another small disaster with a mudlside taking out 5 houses. Not sure of details yet, but seemed that we could send our good wishes/prayers to these guys as well. Last year some Mountains were recarved because they cracked along the edge of Skaha Lake and there was a rock slide 60 miles north of where the mudslide was, around Oliver.

Al Gore was seriously WRONG. Expecting higher temps, but it seeems all the records are for mositure and record COLD temps.

Prayers to those as well.I lived in Tacoma,Wa. for a year & love the area, so beautiful. Anywhere you live is subject to freaky weather. And Al Gore is an idiot. We're praying for no Hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico, with the Oil, it could cause some SERIOUS Problems.
