Bad transfer on some letters and symbols.

In the Illustrated Guides, I noticed that the piece I wrote on breathers and Puke tanks.

That every instance of a quote mark ("") or even some dashes have odd characters assigned to them. Look at the title of the piece and you will see it. This all used to be correct in the old forum.
