Hi everyone;
For those members heading to the event from Alberta and east please check out drivebc.ca for the latest highway conditions; the mighty Fraser River has been causing some flooding on your route. For those coming from northern Alberta using Highway 16 from Edmonton you may want to check out the route using Highway No. 05 which will take you on the south route to Little Fort at which point you turn onto Highway 24 and head west to 100 Mile House; from there you continue on Highway 97 north to Quesnel.
Everything is a go for the weekend; the parade marshal is delighted we can make the event and has included our Vipers in the parade on Saturday morning.
I will be in Quesnel on Friday afternoon.
