<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">The green wire is in the EEM connector harness. One end is in the connector, the other end is free.
The EEM is situated above your right knee and to the left of the radio above the gas pedal. It is held in with a rubber bungee cord. You could drop it without removing the lower dash panel, but it's easier if you do. You just have to remove 6 or 8 phillips head screws to remove the dash panel. The EEM is a box about 6x5x1.</FONT f>
