Who's had one done on a Gen 1/2 locally? Thoughts impressions? I've been considering having one done on my GTS as the paint is all still in really good shape. I'd like to pull the car out for some more mountain cruising but don't want to worry about chipping up the still-good paint.

I'm still a little undecided though if it is a worthwhile investment. I've looked at Premier's services and a custom cut treatment runs $1000+. I know, like paint, it also has a limited life and would have to be redone at some point. Also, I'm not sure how the film holds up to the heat on the side sills. The guy at Premier couldn't really say for sure.

Just wondering if it's a worthwhile expense or if problem areas can be occasionally repainted for similar long-term costs.

as soon as the repaint is done i will for sure have clearbra on the car.

as far as placer to get it done, im not sure.. valaya had some place in mind & i thought the price was about 1k like you said

I had my 2002 GTS done right before VOI Las Vegas.

Absolutely worth it !
