Dinner Menu Choices

Flat Iron Steak with peppercorn cream sauce, asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. $44.00

Seared Salmon with pecan buerre blanc, sauteed vegetables and wild rice. $42.00

Grilled Chicken with cranberry compote, roasted vegetables and wild rice. $36.00

All dinners are served with fresh baked rolls and butter, salad, dessert, freshly brewed Silver Canyon coffee, Celestial Seasonings hot tea, water and iced tea.
Also Included: Appetizers, hot chocolate and cider bar
There will be a cash bar.

Please note: The Club is paying for the room, bartender services, hot chocolate and cider bar, decorations, awards, prizes and for 6 hours of party time.
