Would you trust this lift with a viper on top and one underneath for storage purposes?

Absolutely. I don't do it b/c I don't have the garage height. But if I did, I will.

The person I bought the lift from did this w/ no issues whatsoever... and that was a viper on top with a BMW on the bottom.
