We've been keeping a pretty low profile about our EBC Kevlar brake pads for quite a while now. There has been far more demand than supply. EBC is a British company that makes their own pads, for distribution in more than 50 countries around the world, but our supply of Viper pads in the USA has been lacking for the last few months.

While we've finally been able to establish a good flow of the "Greenstuff" Kevlar pads, the Reds are still hard to come by and the new Yellow and Blue ranges are even more rare. In fact, almost all the racing range product we've received has been delivered on a "complimentary" basis for further track testing and evaluation here in this country. Also, we still do not have the application for the new ABS rears of the 2001 model. However, it seems that just equipping the fronts of the 2001's has been very effective for getting rid of most of the dust and squeal that is worst up front anyway.

We want to especially thank all many of our Viper customers who had to wait at times for your orders. And, we are VERY appreciative of the uncountable e-mails and calls telling us how happy you are with their performance. It makes all the effort and work worthwhile.

Along the way, we have convinced EBC to offer VCA members a 10% discount on your purchases, and a special dealer pricing arrangement has been established to enable our growing network of factory Dodge dealers to keep our pads in stock.

Right now, our supply of the Green's, offering no noise, almost no dust, and an increased friction coefficient, is pretty good. With your VCA discount, a full set of front AND rear pads for 1992-2000 models is only $133.20. If you're interested in all the technical "stuff", we have temp/friction/mileage charts and an FAQ piece available. We invite price, performance and attribute comparison with any other manufacturers. Also, we have pads available to fit almost all of the "performance" modified Viper braking systems on the market, using different rotors or other Brembo, Willwood, Alcon, etc., calipers.

Please don't hesitate to call us toll free at 1-866-GR8-PADS or e-mail with any of your braking questions, and we will be happy to give you our honest opinion. We don't want you to ever purchase something you don't need. Our woefully inadequate www.greatbrakes.com website will soon be upgraded and better able to service your needs and questions.
