Fast Idle Problem

My car has developed a fast idle. I'm use to CC ideling about 600rpm's.
Now car is ideling at 1200rpm's. I can not find a vacuum leak. All hoses
are tight, all connectors are tight. any suggestions? I do not have access
to a DRB.

There is a fitting on the base of the intake manifold that has a rubber plug on it. It has come off and is causing your fast idle.
