Yes you heard me correctly! FREE GAS and T-Shirts from the South Central Texas VCA!
On September 4th, 2011 I will be sending out an email to all members announcing the winners of the South Central Texas VCA Gas Cards. There will be 4 cards to win so your odds are getting better already! To be eligible to win one of these gas cards and receive your FREE T-shirt all you need to do is sign up for the Southwest Zone Rendezvous by September 2nd 2011. September 2nd 2011 is the last possible day you can register for this event and the last possible time you can put your name in the hat for FREE GAS from the South Central VCA. If you don't win a gas card there will be prizes for all that enter, so never fear I have you covered! On September 3rd I will receive a list of all members who are paid and registered. Just being registered by the 2nd won't cut it on this one. On September 4th I will hold a drawing with those members names and announce the winners. Your prize will be delivered during the drive on September 8th (more info on that coming soon) to the Southwest Zone Rendezvous.
The DFW region has made it very easy to get registered. You can snail mail, email or fax the sign-up flyer with all your information and payment can be by check or instant payment via credit card with Paypal. To send money via Paypal use [email protected].
Your free shirt comes with your registration and will be handed out at the event.
Looking forward to seeing all of you at the Rendezvous and I hope you all will be able to make the drive up with the entire region up to DFW on September 8th!
FYI- The room block will be closed next Friday August 12th, so if you want to stay with the rest of us and have a great rate on rooms, book now. Also there is less than 10 slots left for the Scenic Boat Lake cruise so hurry!
VCA Officers and non members are not eligible to win any prizes- the gas card drawing will take place in San Antonio where Yvette's nephew Dylan Ramirez will pick the winning 4 names out of a hat. Dylan just turned 3 years old so no chance of him reading the names and cheating.
