Gen 4 PCM comparability

My 2009 coupe PCM got fried and is not repairable. I have a place to get a 2010 PCM for a good deal. Both cars were coupes, so that’s good.

My question is, will the 2010 be able to be reflashed by the dodge dealership with my VIN to work on my 2009 Viper?

If this IS possible, I would say that "Dodge" would require said computer to go to Prefix (Arrow) with proper dealer/tech documentation.
