Help - Looking at a Viper

A coworker of mine who lives in West Palm Beach is interested in a 1998 GTS located in Daytona Beach. It is Red, 14,000 miles, all stock, 2 owner car. He has seen it in person and said it looks great from the outside. He is looking for someone experienced to have a look at it and do a prebuy inspection.
