Help with Ford ESP Premium Care Warranty?

Do you guys know of a friendly dealer or someone who could assist me with a warranty claim in the KC area? My father has a 2007 Mountaineer with less than 40k miles that has issues. He purchased the Ford ESP Premium Care warranty and is getting the run around on a claim/service.

Any help would be appreciated.

Might want to call Anderson Ford Excelsior Springs, Mo.
Mike Anderson used to be a Viper owner and the dealership still works on many Vipers in the club.

Is he in KS or MO?
