How do I contact the VCA Store? Items purchased and not shipped.

Hi...last Wednesday I placed a $100 order to the Viper Club store. I have heard nothing since and there appears to be no direct way to contact them. I did send a general message using "Contact Us" last night with my order number. Maybe someone will reply. Just seems strange that it's almost a week and order details only indicate payment was received with no shipping or tracking info. Is this normal? Thanks! Andy

We handle the shipping for the VCA Store and your order went out earlier today as we were waiting for the Blu-ray version of the video. We also replied to your email that eventually found its way to us. We will ask the site programmer to provide a "contact us" button or something similar for the store itself to make things easier in the future.

Sorry for the slight delay, and enjoy the freebie we threw in to make up for it.
