So I currently make 770rwhp with my 522" and running 9lbs of boost. How much HP will I pick up by upping my boost to 11 or 12lbs. How much power do you think I would pick up by adding headers, as my car still has the stock exhaust manifolds?

NoRice,

With the bigger CI motor you have it would be advantageous to increase boost.
You can't take advantage of the cubes without upping the boost.
Not only will you make more "peak" hp but power under the curve will be most significant!

I have a complete system available that will wake up your car like NIGHT & DAY!!! It's a 10 rib pulley, belt, spacers, idlers and bracket system that WILL retrofit to your current Paxton system. It revises the complete belt routing configuration and changes all pulleys with zz rated high speed bearings. The lower crank pulley is "gun drilled" for lighter weight and less reciprocating mass.

The tensioner is mechanical and completely revised from the current Paxton supplied one.

Let me know if you are interested ... we've made over 900 rwhp with it and no belt sacrifice :2tu:

Best regards, :usa:
Doug
