I would rather we talk about the VCA other than some place else
I wanna know who's the swingin dick that OWNS this club....
The bylaws can be enlightening
Who are the shareholders?
Never mind, I'm privy to the info now.
Did it set you free?
I keep forgetting this is a non-profit.
The bylaws even cover what's happens if and it won't ..... Close
I move that we start an affiliate site, and fill it with the whiniest little bitches humanely imaginable. Then spoon feed them with propaganda. We shall call this site ViperValley.

Very Nice! I agree but sometimes it's so difficult to do
Thought provoking. I prefer this:
That's why there are Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and their parents to do stuff like that
F2G I nominate you to take care of this matter and recruit the above to sell for the VCA
I suppose I could get Slick Willie from RSI to sit in a dunk tank at the next North Texas Viper Club get together. $100 bucks for three soft ball throws. There'd be a line of participants from Plano to Lewisville. We'd be out of debt in 8 hrs.
Right next to the dunk tank we could have a tent that said "Man Eating Fish!" outside the entrance. Inside the tent I could be sitting at a table eating a tuna fish sandwich and threaten to kill anybody who told what they saw. $5.00 entry fee per person.
Sam Goldfarb could run the petting zoo
Free2go go could donate some of his movie royalties!
I'm going back to bed
Now now now, it has been determined by our liberal students & staff in colleges and universities that the "R" word is a bad word
You know I'm joking Sam. I hold you in the highest regard.
You realize I hold progressives in contempt and find their insecurities as troubling
You guys are hilarious. I guess if there would be a freak show I'd be the tattooed lady.
I could get the patrons drunk and give the members from the other site a tattoo that read VCA forever. Hahahahahaha
That would make for some angry alley cats
Making the club website MORE restrictive will drive away potential members. And we already went through the whole "hide the negative posts" thing....didn't work out to well for the club. Personally, the only reason I am even considering rejoining VCA is due to the fact that it is more open and transparent. I was here through the bad old years, and myself and a couple of others posting in this thread had a hand in the purging of the a-holes that ran this club into the ground. So from experience, the website needs to be MORE open, not regressive. Driving away traffic will also drive away Sponsors/Advertisers, whereas more traffic makes it more worthwhile for sponsors to spend their money and time here.
Shooter, I agree.
Hey Shooter, what would it take to get you to join back?
Yep. We've been down that road unfortunately. It doesn't work
We'll see how things progress. I want to see how granger's ideas and suggestions are treated. See how open and transparent the new Nat Officers are.
Got a chance to talk to Bill and Janey White yesterday afternoon. Incredible people who have been around the Viper community for so long and have done so much. They were honest and quite frank with every question I had regarding VCA finances etc. The situation is more grim than I imagined, but Bill and Janey are so passionate with the car this club is built around and are truly motivated to save the heritage of the VCA. All bull$hit and drama aside, VCA and all the hard work that SO MANY people on both sides performed shouldn't be laid to waste because of the actions of a few selfish yo yo's. That being said, I realize the part I've played making this club unattractive to some people and have made a commitment to curb those those types of behavior. I emphasize the word "curb"....not to be confused with "end" or "eliminate". So, for less money than it costs to feed one starving child in China, you could get a membership here and help save the heritage of the club that started it all.
