IN/KY VCA...Membership Renewals and Holiday Party Reminders:

By now, you should have received a renewal reminder via email from VCA Headquarters.

If you renew your VCA membership (in the IN/KY VCA Region) by NOON (EST) Friday, December 7, 2012 your name will be entered into a drawing to have your VCA membership dues reimbursed directly to you by the IN/KY VCA Region, Inc. ($115 for the regular VCA membership or $150 for the VENOM membership). TWO names will be drawn at our Holiday Party...and, the IN/KY VCA Treasurer will send a refund check to each of these TWO winners shortly thereafter.

Remember, you need to have your dues renewed ONLINE at: [url]https://www.viperclub.org/membership/[/URL] BY NOON EST December 7, 2012 in order to be entered into this Regional drawing. SIGN UP TODAY !!!

IN/KY VCA Holiday Party Chairperson has announced the details of our Annual Party which is being held on Saturday, December 8, 2012. As always, there will be a "white elephant" exchange (please bring one gift per person attending as outlined in the invitation that was sent previously via e-mail). Since there is a choice of meats (fried chicken, fried shrimp, walleyed pike, baked tilapia, beef tenderloin steak, or black angus sirloin steak) and we’ll need your choice when you send in your reservation to the Party Chairperson. Please RSVP ASAP.

In the spirit of The Holidays, President Jim Robertson has asked me to make a SPECIAL BONUS ANNOUNCEMENT:

There WILL BE be ONE MORE "IN/KY VCA 2013 dues reimbursement drawing" this year...keep reading for details:

For this second drawing, ALL members who have renewed their IN/KY VCA Membership for 2013 online BY NOON EST, Sunday, December 30, 2012 will be entered into this second drawing (YES, this includes names placed into the first drawing AND those who renew from December 8 to the 30th, 2012)...EXCEPT for the TWO winners mentioned above (Roy and Dennis), the six current IN/KY VCA Officers/Board Members, and the current Membership Coordinator & his Wife.

From those entered in this new drawing, ONE name will be drawn "out of a hat" on Monday, December 31, 2012 AFTER ALL of the data on renewals has been collected from the National VCA, checked and rechecked.This winner will be notified by telephone and by e-mail that same day. The winner will receive a full 2013 dues reimbursement check from Treasurer Mike Mattingly for either one of the two types of membership renewal chosen at the time of renewal (Regular $115.00...Venom $150.00).


So, keep those renewals coming !!
