IL VCA 15th Anniversary Winter Fest Party!!!
In 2009, the Illinois Region of the VCA will celebrate 15 years as the oldest (and first) Viper Club region in the world! This is a prestigious event highlighting a long history as one of the most active, supportive, and diverse Viper Club regions. The event will surely set a milestone for a Viper Club gathering. We plan on this being a heavily attended and a spectacle for our guests.
Save the date, Saturday – February 14th, 2009!!
We’re calling all members! If there’s one event you’ll want to attend, it’s this one! This day will include:
* Amazing free goodie bag for all registered members – Best in our history!
* Men’s & women’s free raffle!
* A very special meal!
* DVD covering our 2008 club year!
* Video presentation highlights of our last year and special video entertainment segment!
* Live auction – very small number of items money can’t normally buy! All custom made for our party!
* Silent auction – many nice things we’ve assembled to raise money for the club!
* Club awards!
* 2008 IL VCA club banner unveiling!
* Centerpiece giveaway – This WILL be the wildest club centerpieces in history!! Custom made!
* Full merchandise display – All of our club merchandise in one place, including new arrivals!
* VIP guests will be joining us!
* Special display surrounding our dining room!
* And of course, it’s Valentine’s day – a special treat for all the ladies as you enter!
We’ve put together the most comprehensive party we’ve ever done. We’ve chosen to host our event at a location where you can choose to stay the night just footsteps from our party. It’s a recipe that seems to be very popular among guests. Our host will be the Marriot Renaissance Hotel, a modern and very well known complex in Schaumburg. Feel free to make a weekend of it! It’s a nice Valentine’s day getaway and the next day would be a great time to hit the Chicago Auto Show while it’s in town!
The cost is only $65/per person, the club is subsidizing half of the cost of this event so there is no increase in cost over previous years! We want everyone to have a good time, you’ll love what you see (and receive). Let’s get together and warm up 2009 by wishing happy birthday to the most passionate club in the world – the Viper Club of Illinois!!
