Jon is great at answering questions, even though he gets a lot of calls. He's a great resource on answering questions on various options as well as locating hard to find parts.
He also tells it straight. When I called about a steering rack, he had a couple. However, he told me I'd be better off buying from a local store, because it would be cheaper due to shipping. My experience says that he's that type of guy that will help you find the right answer, even if that answer is not directly from him.
