Master Cylinder Came out of firewall

Has anyone had the master cylinder come out of the firewall while driving? Had mine come out. I checked all the tabs to see if one broke by chance, they all looked great.

Never heard of that before. Loose Nuts?

there isn't nuts. they just twist and lock into place on the fire wall unless there is suppose to be nuts?!?!

I Hate it when that happens! If it is not broken then it just twists.
