milling gen 1 heads how much

got he 605 lift cam installed and degree ed have the heads ready to send out and have 2.02.and 1.6. valves installed , and port work done , got .027 cometic gaskets . how much can i mill off the heads with the cometic .027 gaskets without making valve to piston contact . i did the search option but could not find a correct answer would like to get to compression to 10.1 or better , thanks to all.

Clay the piston to valve clearance then subtract the running


clearance you want that will give you the amount you can deck the heads.
