Well,
What a day, the N VA members met for a cruise up to Annapolis MD for our annual crab fest run.
You should have seen it, 35 Viper all over the free way, some in cruise lines, some threading their way through traffic. It was so much fun to see the other drivers get excited to see a Viper pass them,, then 15 more pass them.
We even has a MD state trooper pull out from the median to chase a couple of Vipers (drivers to remain nameless) and then he looked back and kind of threw up his hands after he saw 30 more Vipers coming up behind him. I was right behind him the rest of the way into Annapolis where he monitored our speed and kept us in check.
We met the rest of the MD and DC Viper at Ego Alley in Annapolis. It is called Ego Alley due to the big boats that pack at the docks, but Saturday was our day. After a few hours showing off the Vipers, we all cruised up to the Crab Doc for some east cost blues with Old Bay coating.
It was a day of great fun great food and great conversation. I want to thank Ron Hickey, Andy Levit and for a fantastic event, and the other club members for a wild 60 mile grand prix on Rt 50!!!!!!
