OK, we made our first shot at it!

After listening to the suggestions, weighing options, and some solemn thought....... we tweaked the layout. Fewer topics and categories with a prioritized arrangement. I'm sure some will complain about moving things around, but this was aimed at making less "mousing" around..... Let us know how we did.
