Yes, here is another snowbelt member looking for a little advice on Florida living, particularly condo in Orlando. Since Orlando is our annual vacation destination, I figure this might just be the right time to invest on a condo. I was considering Lake Buena Vista condo hotel, but not sure if that is the right investment choice. Also consider getting a place at Celebration, but prices there seem very high compare to the rest of the Orlando area. Anyhow, I am looking for something that is in a nice community close to Disney. Ideally, I prefer gated community so I don't have to worry about it, but open to any suggestion or advice you might have. Thanks in advance.
