PartsRack Fails Again!

So, last week I decided to do a bit of upgrade shopping. I've been saving up for awhile, and called PartsRack to place an order. I had an idea of what I wanted to get, and John really helped me out with the information I was after. When it was all said and done, I ended up buying:

Set of SSR rims and PS2 rubber
B&M Shifter with MGW Knob
Complete K&W setup
Complete Belanger setup
Brake pads and green filters

Lou Belanger even called to talk to me about what exactly I was looking for in headers... Very cool indeed. Both John & Lou are borderline obsessive compulsive about what they do. :omg:

Anyway, here's where Jon failed as a salesman... He forgot to sell me a brake relocation kit when I ordered the 18" rims for my GenIII.

I called him back a couple days later when I realized the oversight. He said he'd have it out to me asap and apologized for the oversight. I kept trying to give him my CC number to charge it to, but he wouldn't accept it!

Jon, if you keep giving away your inventory, you'll go out of buisness!

Both are a pleasure to deal with although Lou Belanger can EASILY eat up an entire afternoon on the phone with you. :D
