Ron who is a friend and member of this board just brought to my attention a thread by Roysviper in the VCA Members Section only regarding a buyer from Israel for his car. The guy has called me several times with the exact questions and also said he would call me back in an hour after he spoke to his broker.
My last conversation with him was this past Monday. I've not heard back from him though. Seller beware and make sure that funds have cleared before releasing the car and ask for his broker's license or tax id number.
