Put OEM suspension back and something doesn’t seem right?

I just put back on the stock springs/spring caps on my 97 GTS. (it had lowering springs and caps when I bought it and it was way to low) everything fit together nicely, but after I set the car back down it seams like the car is about 3/4 to1 inch higher in the front than it should be? Like it is sitting at an angle. I was thinking maybe the springs were reversed but that doesn't seem to make sense to me. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

loosen all the bolts, load suspension and re torque bolts ( there is some play in the bolt holes )
