I know quite a few of you have bought cars from them, that's what made me trust them and get my car from them. Anyways they were super responsive before I bought the car. Emails where answered in mins it seemed. Questions always answered. Then they get my money for the car and bam can't get a response out of them. Email or phone. When I do I'm told they will get right back to me. Then a week later nothing. This has been going on since Jan. I spare all the details. At first I thought it was the salesman, but now the Sales Manger has my info and I still have not heard back from them. There "Service" after the sale has been terrible. I don't plan on this being my last Viper but there not helping themselves on getting another sale. Just seeing if others have had this problem or I'm the just the lucky one.
