We constantly have been asked for better clutch options for the Gen 4 cars. Rather than simply continuing to run OEM clutches for lower HP cars, we have been working on this great option.

RSI is pleased to announce the release of our Flywheel conversion that will give Gen 4 owners the ability to run Gen 3 single disc clutches. This will open your options to great clutches like the Spec 3+.

They are 24lb Billet Steel Flywheels and feature Tig welded ring gears.

So what are the exact benefits for the Gen 4 user?

This will allow you to run any Gen 3 single disc replacement clutch in your Gen 4. There are a number of great single disc clutch options for the Gen 3 guys that are making up 1000HP. With the standard Gen 4 flywheel, the bolt pattern for mounting these units is wrong. This will allow a slightly modified Gen 4 to run a clutch like the Centerforce or Spec Single Disc units.
