SCT Tuner download problem--Help

Hello...I bought an SCT Tuner from Roe Racing for my 98 GTS and when I tried to download the tune it gave me an error code 1039 and said it was a binary problem. I was also not able to pull the strategy or Read any trouble codes? We are puzzled as the tuner works in other Vipers at Roe. Could it be a fuse for the OBDII and if so which fuse? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You need new firmware / update SCT device ...

Talked to Sean and he confirmed it has the most current firmware updates?

Not to undermine Sean in any way but just to confirm I would double check it by hooking it up to the SCT Internet home page and check...

Quick test. Save the stock tune to your PC

I've seen other cases when they save that file its not for their car but for another. The going thought is, the tuner thinks it talking to one car, let's say a ford and it's plugged into a Dodge.
