Man... the Viper was pretty much treated like the ugly step-sister, getting the token praise here and there, but the article just glowed over the fgt. Much of the praise for the fgt is deserved, but just can't help but feel a little left out of the party.

Hope DC gets off their @$$.

I was with Richard Truesdell on Saturday at an openhouse for Superformance...the Cobra replicar distributor in Irvine CA. He is a big fan of the Viper and in fact, had a SRT-C press car with him. (He let me take it for a drive and I really liked the stiffness added in from the roof.)
BTW; Richard told me that he took the photo in the above article of the speedometer at 180....while he was driving. He held the camera with one hand and the wheel with the other.
He also said he just finished shooting the new Challenger and said the car looks fantastic.
