I've not seen it, lol but apparently my husband had, he sent me the link. If the movie was cheesy maybe that's why I hadn't heard of it. I believe it was made in 1986

I think it was Charlie Sheen's first film too...

I talked to a guy who had one of the prop cars back in the 90s. It
sat in his warehouse untouched for years, but was one of those "I'd
rather have it rot than someone else own it" types. I really didnt have
a serious offer at the time anyway, but I always thought it had real
potential. With the new Low Production Act coming around, mated to
a V10 or Hellcat drivetrain I think this would be an amazing car.

Really? That's cool. Question though, what's the low production act? It's sad but I agree with your statement, that a lot people would rather hold on to
something because they think everyone wants it than to see it come back to life. There is a man close to us who has two rare super bees. They are sitting under
A shed with plastic tarps on them. Every year that passes they get less reparable. He won't sell them cause someday he is going to fix them up. Not a chance.
I even tried batting my lovely eyelashes at him to get him to sell and he wouldn't. Which is rare that they didn't work. It just kills my soul to drive by and see them
    :( rotting away.

I cant remember the exact name, but it allows a 3rd
party to build and VIN 500 cars so long as they have
permission and meet emissions. The interior / drivetrain
Can be any combo they want so long as the outside is
visually acurate. Think Cobra kit cars with a VIN and no
    government safety requirements..
