Turbo Oil Drain Locations?

Where is everyone running their turbo drains to? It seems like everyone is running a scavenging pump, which makes the location a lot less important. I'm doing some fabricating for a project and I'm not sure I'll have enough space on the pan to get a good fitting location. I'm going to try and avoid a pump due to reliability concerns, and expecting to have enough column height on it. I'm also contemplating somewhere low on the block, but I haven't gotten the pan off to check internal clearances yet.

As long as you have oil pressure, you can discharge above the sump cover in the pan. The walls above the cover are the same height regardless of 8, or 10qt pan.
