The gen 2 sold out of the dealerships for £68K, since 99 they only sold 8 new vipers officially, so the price hike again for the new model won't help push sales figures. A few of the dealerships bring in used vipers from Europe and the USA and they do sell quickly when priced right. Right hand drive might help sell cars.
I'd guess at about 40 max imported vipers (these figures aren't available) so there isn't much choice. Used prices have been rock solid for years and have bottomed out, 97's sell for around £38K, paid 43 for my '00. Gen 1 RT's have hovered around £27-33K,
for a few years. As the market stands at the moment there is hardly any depreciation on used vipers
