I believe the first issue is the Winter 1995. The cover has 3 red RT/10's all with the radio antennea and talks about how Team Viper wanted a magazine so Viper Quarterly is that magazine and the first issue was mailed to all current viper owners with an invitation to subscribe for $24./year. Wow!
