MANDATORY:
If this is your first event I will need each driver to fill out the 2006 application and the 2006 Med+Stats form before coming to the event. THURSDAY TRAILER DROP OFFS: Changed information
Thursday drop off OK from 8am-5pm!! Parking will be open to accept parking all day Friday starting at 7am-10:30pm but will charge you $10 if you do NOT plan on driving that Friday
FRIDAY TEST & TUNE DAY:
The track will be running an open test & tune day. They are only accepting race cars with Full cages, fire suppression and the rest of the safety equipment and NO passengers!! Call the track to reserve your spot: 661-256-2471
Alternate Test & Tune Option:
Lou Gigliotti, in cooperation with Viper Days, has bought a run group from the track on Friday. Lou Gigliotti will be teaching classroom and instructing in your cars all day Friday. You do NOT need a cage or fire suppression, you can have a stock car. We are also allowing passengers in the cars that day in our run group. The fee for the Lou Gigliotti Advanced Driving Clinic is $495. You will not need to pay the track for any membership fees or anything; we will do that for you!

FRIDAY PM:
The Friday night registration/reception party will be held at the track, from 5-9pm. If you are not able to make it to this night please get to the track early Saturday at 6am to register.

The Saturday pm banquet will be at the Track in the Budweiser Pavillion over looking the track. 5:30 cocktails; 6pm dinner. The caterer will be grilling up fresh T bone steaks and chicken!!

TRACK SIDE SERVICE:
Archer Racing Accessories will be at the track to do any trackside service and selling of safety equipment. Please call John at 218-727-4806 for an appointment so you don't miss a run session.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: There is a HUGE soccer tournament and there are not any rooms available in the town for Saturday night. I have however; found some rooms at the Super 8: 661-273-8000. The Essex House does have rooms for Thur & Friday nights and so do other hotels in the area. Please call Courtney if you are having problems with finding a room
GATE FEE: Willow Springs is charging $10 for every person who enter the gate. This gate fee is good for 2 days. Kids 8 & under are free.
