1st ANNUAL FLORIDA VIPERS IN THE SMOKIES
Dear Viper Club Members,
This month, myself and VCA Members David Ivler and Blair Retchin were in Tennessee and planned out an absolutely amazing, once in a lifetime, Viper road trip for our club members and other VCA members to experience. This road trip will begin October 22, 2009 and end October 27, 2009.
Below is the planned agenda for our incredible trip to see the breathtaking changing of the leaves during the time of the year, in a very special place: the Smokies, and with even more special people: you.
It’s not always, the opportunity arises when you can enjoy your Viper, driving it in some of the most picturesque roads, or even on the roads that have so many unending winding roads.
If you have never been, once you go, you will never forget.
If have been, then you will understand.
And if you don’t go, well, we’ll be sure to take tons of pictures for you, and enjoy it all up ourselves.
As all of you know, it’s trips like this that make the Viper Club more than just a car club; it’s the gathering of these truly magnificent vehicles, great friends, unforgettable times and friendships that’ll last a lifetime.
I hope you’ll really look at your calendar and try to set some time aside for yourself and significant other, and join the many who have already signed up to go.
Also, some of you have decided to join us with your family, in your family vehicle. Well, we’re happy you’re joining us for the trip! And if you wish to tour the roads on a motorcycle and get an event closer feeling to nature, Smoky Mountain Harley can rent you a bike while we’re up there.

Friday October 23, Savannah to Asheville, North Carolina
8am Breakfast at hotel
11am Checkout of hotel, leave for Asheville
1pm Lunch in Columbia SC
5pm Arrive in Asheville, Check into Doubletree Biltmore
8pm Dinner in Asheville
Saturday October 24, Asheville to Gatlinburg Tennessee
8am Breakfast at hotel
10am Tour and Drive of Biltmore Estate
12pm Leave for Gatlinburg Via “Blue Ridge Parkway”
1pm Lunch at Mount Pischa on top of Blue Ridge Parkway
2pm Continue on Blue Ridge Parkway to Gatlinburg
5pm Arrive at hotel, Valley View lodge, Townsend
7pm Country BBQ at Valley View Lodge
Sunday October 25, All Day drive through famous “Tail of the Dragon”
8am Breakfast
10am Leave for Drive, Foothills pky – Tail of the Dragon- Cherolah Skyway etc.
1pm Lunch in Fontana Village
2pm Continue dive
6pm Return to hotel
8pm Dinner at Foothills Milling Co.
Monday October 26, Drive through Smokey Mountain National Park
8am Breakfast
10am Drive through Park, Cades Cove
1pm Lunch at Sister Cats Restaurant
2pm Drive through Park to Gatlinburg, Site seeing in Gatlinburg, Pigeon forge, etc
8pm Dinner at Townsend Steakhouse
Tuesday October 27 Return to Miami
8am Breakfast at Grandma’s Kitchen
10am Leave for Miami
6pm Dinner in Valdosta Georgia; option to sleep in Valdosta Georgia or continue home
1am Return Home for the brave
