9th Annual Viper/Mopar Car Show - Sunday, July 28th!
Our good friends (and club members) at Roanoke Motor Company host a car show each year that brings hundreds of folks together for a day of car fun. The "Mopars Invade Roanoke" car show is open to all Mopars, and yes that means Viper! The show is held at the dealership and each year we have a good time. Roanoke Motors moves all of its cars off the lot and all of our cars get put on display. There will be a separate Viper section just for us, we're usually the only cars on the paved lot sitting high above the other cars we always get treated well. The club will setup tents to keep us out of the sun and right next to our cars. don't forget to bring a folding chair, it makes the day perfect. It'll be a great time. And as always, we'll plan a little treat to cool everyone off after lunch.
You register directly with the Mopar club. Registration is at 9:00am if you choose to register the day of the event ($20).. Preregistration is $15. The car show runs to about 3:00pm. On top of the car show, there will be a live DJ, raffle, concessions, and 50/50 drawing. There will also be a large number of different awards.
We encourage all club members to come out for a relaxed day! The address is 1313 Front Street, IL 61561. For more information about the show, you can call (309) 467-2178.
