Just received this from an Ebay auction:

Is it a $10 watch? Yeah, pretty much, but cool none-the-less. Just ordered another in Ferrari logo for my son.

As you can see at the price it can't be that much.....
Think it's nice to see, but I doubt the quality.

I saw a prospect of true Viper watches on the AutoRai one year ago (next to the SRT 10)The cost of this watch was over € 1200,-!! I have a postcard of the watch at home... I'll scan it and post it here tomorrow.

There was another one by a gentlemen producing a limited number for Viper owners. I wonder what happened to them. I think they were about $5500 US each.

For $5,500 I could buy 550 of the $10 watches. If I wore each one for a week and then threw it away, it would take 10.57 years to go through them.

Yup. That was them. I guess they never really took off. Well for that price, I could see why. I could buy so many different watches for that amount; Cartier, Audemars Piguet, & Brietling are a few that come to mind.
