What is an used engine worth?

I have an extra engine that I could sell. It is from my 96 GTS.

Why? - It is the original engine with the car, and it got low compression in one cylinder (80psi or so, other 9 normal compression) so I replaced it with a built motor. The motor was still running upon disassembly, it was NOT taken apart due to catastrophic failure.

What I have:

• Engine block - cylinder walls good. Engine shop could not find smoking gun for loss of pressure on the one cylinder.
• Heads
• Crank
• Rods and pistons
• Intake manifold
• Oil pan
• Valve covers, etc.

The parts are separated from inspection at the engine shop.

Easier to sell as package or part out?
What is it worth?

I have a shipping clam so I can ship it and it will be protected.

Red Shift...it may be helpful to potential buyers to know the year of Viper that said engine was in originally...and, if the year was 1996, was it a Gen I (R/T 10) or a Gen II (GTS) ?

Thought about it for matching numbers, but I'm never going to sell the car. That would affect the value but it doesn't matter to me.

I have the cam, but it had some wear. I would replace it on the rebuild.
