What is the True Spec Weight of the Comp Coupe?

I am looking for the spec weight of the comp coupe? I know that Viper Racing league weight is 3,150pds. Is this the true spec weight or is the comp coupe heavier? World Challange Weight 3,100.00.

The spec weight is just above 3000 lbs. My car use to come in at 3006 lbs. The VRL weight of 3,150 lbs includes the driver.
