Where to buy factory hood and rear bumper emblems

I have a 95 and need the emblems removed by previous owner. Best price and place to buy needed.. Also is there a template to get the right location

Try out Viper Parts Rack America. They took over the old VPA stock and should have them. I got some emblems for my car when I needed to replace a few and the prices seemed pretty good. It does depend on which ones you need as some are strangely quite a bit more expensive than others, but most aren't really that bad.
