Why is the rear brake caliper towards the rear?

What is the advantage of moving the rear calipers to the rear side of the rotor?

I read they changed the rear toe link . This probably was a result of that change

wow...didn't notice that right away... most 'well balanced' supercars all mount the calipers inboard to bring the weight more central to the vehicle...I believe........suprising to see that rear caliper mounted 'aft-axle' . Gotta be some reason---those SRT dudes aren't dumb.
