According to the Gaming regulators from the State of Michigan, only a VCA member can purchase a ticket, and again are the only people eligible to then collect the prize. Even if you had a ticket, you could still not collect.

The consequences of a "non-member" trying to collect, would lead the VCA to loose their raffle license, and that would jeopardize any and all raffles planned for the future.

The raffle was designed as a BENEFIT for MEMBERS!

Dave, I was going to say I would do it for you but after reading Steve's comments I guess it wouldn't help anyway.

Maybe if your feeling lucky you could just enter a lottery to win enough cash to buy the car! I know, it's not the same.

What occurs AFTER the vehicle is won and delivered should be out of the control of the licensing state and the raffle holder.

I would guess that if you had a handshake agreement to offer the car to another for your initial expenses + $1.00, there really shouldn't be an issue.

Just my humble opinion
