Years for Gen I and Gen II

Sorry, newb question. What years were the Gen I's made and what years were they Gen II's made? Gen III is from '03+ right?

Just doing a little research.

Gen I were all RT/10s and ran up to and included 96.
Gen II includes all GTSs (96 to 02) and RT/10s 97 to 02.
Gen III 03+

You can consider a 96 RT/10 a Gen 1.5
